Clearly captured by the artist, are the historical scenes that surrounded and directly influenced the League of Nations choice to abandon international morality and foolishly ignore the signs of world war 2, when the Heads of the Nations decided to bow before force, and unleash on all humanity the agonies and destruction that war brought in its wake. Millions of men women and children paid the price.
